Before contacting me, please read through the Frequently Asked Questions!
1. How long will it take for my order to ship?
All orders have the goal of being shipped within one week of ordering. Holidays and conventions might disrupt this, but usually the shop will be offline for these situations.
2. How long does shipping take?
All orders will be sent as "letter mail", with economy shipping. This ensures cheaper shipping rates but as a result orders will not come with a tracking number.
— Domestic (Finland) shipping takes between 3-7 business days on average.
— Shipping within the European Union takes between 7-21 business days on average. Shipping to European countries where a shipping manifest for items like keychains and magnets is necessary may take slightly longer.
— Shipping outside of Europe takes between 21-45 business days on average.
3. What if I never received my order?
If your order has not arrived within 90 days of ordering, please contact me via the contact form.
We can either refund the order or send the items again.
4. How else can I receive a refund?
On principle, lucinfernos does not offer refunds unless the customer is able to prove that they either
a) did not receive the item(s)
b) received defective or broken item(s)
c) I'm personally unable to finish the sale (missing/broken stock, health problems etc.)
Apart from these instances, all sales are final.
5. I'm from the United States. How am I affected?
Finland has cut off all postal services to the United States as of August 23rd 2025. What was initially meant to be a week-long pause has stretched to months. All orders to the US are suspended as of now. I don't know when this issue will be resolved.
